The datalogger also features an ambient temperature sensor.<\/p>\n<p>The free HOBOware\u00ae software, available for Windows and Mac, allows downloading and viewing the recorded data, in addition to configuring all the instrument parameters, such as date, time and rain gauge resolution. The communication with the computer is done either through the BASE-U-1 or BASE-U-4 optic USB base stations, or using the U-DTW-1 shuttle (none included).<\/p>\n<h3>Compact and weatherproof design<\/h3>\n<p>The datalogger features a compact design and\u00a0is entirely made of corrosion resistant materials to ensure high resistance to weathering.
