Würth España has a new Fan-Aspirated Vantage Pro2 weather station installed on a tripod on the roof of its headquarters located on the outskirts of Barcelona.
The sensor suite is powered by solar energy for fully autonomous operation and is equipped with a cup anemometer, wind vane, temperature and humidity sensor, tipping bucket rain gauge and barometer.
The data is sent via Wi-Fi to the Weathercloud online platform, allowing employees to monitor the current weather conditions in real time, create custom plots and export the data for local processing.
