High performance technology

The anemometer uses 3-axis ultrasonic technology that allows high accuracy measurements of wind speed and direction, U-V-W Cartesian components of speed, speed of sound and sonic temperature.

Compact and weatherproof design

The instrument features a compact design with no moving parts, and is entirely made of corrosion resistant materials to ensure high resistance to weathering. The optional heater is activated automatically at temperatures around 4ºC, preventing the accumulation of ice and snow on the transducers and allowing precise measurements at low temperatures or during and after a snowfall.

Maximum connectivity

It can be connected to any conventional datalogger to perform the data storage and its subsequent downloading and monitoring on a computer. It has 5 current or voltage analog outputs, as well as RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports, with the last one allowing the connection of various devices in cascade. The configuration is done via the included software, depending on the specific needs of each user.
