Installed in accordance with the guidelines of AEMET and the WMO, the new station has official ENAC certification of wind speed, temperature and precipitation. Citizens can now check both the weather data in real time and the local forecast for the municipality on the Weathercloud online platform.

The Weathercloud monitoring solutions developed by Darrera aroused great interest from industry professionals and customers attending the 8th edition of the show.

The new equipment will be part of the Automatic Weather Station Network (XEMA) of the Meteocat, which currently has over 225 observation points throughout Catalonia.
